The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao, was arrested on sunday while he was going to the venue where he is supposed to start the ‘fast unto death’.KCR was taken into custody with the help of grey hounds team.
The district judge sent KCR to remand for 14 days.
Vijayasanthi was also arrested in medak as she was supporting KCR.
Meanwhile, Mr Rao’s nephew and the TRS Legislator, Mr T. Harish Rao, and other leaders began a fast at Siddipet following detention of Mr Rao.
